Welcome to Graficoo. By accessing our services, hiring our visual design team, or configuring website accounts with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms, conditions, and operational parameters. Please read them carefully.

1. Creative Design Services & Scope

Graficoo provides creative branding, logo conceptualization, print layouts, digital marketing materials, motion video editing, and front-end search engine optimization (SEO) services. The detailed scope, specific outputs, and timelines for each project are defined in the specific service agreement or selected pricing package. Any requests outside the initial package parameters will be treated as additions and subject to separate billing estimates.

2. Revision Iterations & Approvals

We deliver revisions based on the selected service plan:

  • Starter Pack: Includes up to 3 revision loops. Additional review sessions will be charged at our standard hourly creative design rate.
  • Growth & Enterprise Packs: Allow unlimited revisions during active project intervals, provided that requests align with the initial creative design blueprint.

Upon written project approval or completion notification from the client, the project will be deemed finalized. Any modifications requested after official sign-off will incur separate maintenance fees.

3. Intellectual Property Rights & Ownership

Upon receipt of complete payment, all intellectual property rights and copyrights for the final approved design assets (including high-resolution files, source vectors, and page code) transfer to the client. Graficoo retains the right to display design previews, logo screenshots, and project descriptions within our online portfolio catalog and promotional folders for marketing purposes, unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) has been explicitly executed.

4. Payment Schemes & Billing Cycles

For monthly recurring subscription packages, client billing is conducted at the start of each service interval. If the client selects annual billing, the complete discounted sum is billed immediately. Terminating a subscription requires written notice before the next scheduled billing date. Overdue invoices may lead to temporary suspension of active project design efforts.

5. Project Delays & Timelines

Project timelines depend directly on prompt client feedback, document delivery, and copy provision. Graficoo is not responsible for project delays caused by client inaction, lack of responsive communication, or missing resources.

6. Limitation of Liability

Graficoo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of business revenues, search ranking drops, or server failures) arising from client operations or deployment of final design materials. We guarantee a search index readiness target of 90-95% for coded website files, but search index rankings depend on external engine algorithms and competitor operations.
